A True Family Affair, Walkers of Birkby have been supplying Timber and Fencing across the Huddersfield area for nearly 100yrs, and there are still Walkers there today. Mark and Michelle Walker run the company with their long established, experienced staff and their sons Matty and Adam who help out on a Saturday along with their Grandad (Richard Walker).

A lot of people will have seen our 2012 achievement with the help of Brian of B M Joinery Golcar which was the supply, construction and erection of the beacon braziers (one at cliffe rec Holmfirth and the other to replace the missing one at Castle Hill) both to commemorate the Queens Diamond Jubilee so we will try our hand at anything!
